By using this website or placing an order for Calana Natural, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, attempt to access restricted areas of the site, or interfere with its operation.

3. Ordering & Sale Process

Orders are placed by submitting your name and telephone number via the order form. This constitutes a request, not a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when our team confirms your order by telephone. At that point, your order is scheduled for dispatch.

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable VAT. The current selling price of Calana Natural is £36.99 per pack of 90 capsules. Delivery charges (where applicable) are stated on the Delivery page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed during the telephone call.

4. Payment

Payment is made on delivery by cash or card (Visa, Mastercard) to the courier. No online payment details are collected. If you decline the parcel at the door, no payment is due and the order is cancelled.

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch. To cancel, inform our team during the confirmation call or contact us by email or phone. Once dispatched, the goods may still be returned under our Return Policy.

6. Product Disclaimer

Calana Natural is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not use this product to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please refer to our Return Policy for the full procedure. Note: for hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perla, z.s. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the Calana Natural product. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
