You submit your name and phone number via the order form on our website. Our team then calls you to confirm the order and answer any questions. Once confirmed, your parcel is dispatched. You pay by cash or card to the courier on delivery - no upfront payment is required.

Yes - you can cancel at any point before dispatch, either by telling our team during the phone confirmation call or by emailing us. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you can decline it at the door; the order will then be cancelled automatically.

Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery across the UK takes 1-3 working days depending on your location. You will be advised of the expected delivery window during the confirmation call.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product, provided the packaging is unopened. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement packaging cannot be accepted for return. Please see our Return Policy for the full process.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, this is a 90-day supply for a single person. If two people are taking it, one pack covers approximately 45 days.
